United Disability Services (UDS) offers a way to support all participants with daily tasks that can cause personal stress or may be a struggle to solve. Our support workers provide personal care to help you organize and manage tasks, resolve problems and help complete errands and day-to-day tasks with ease.
Whether you require help in the community or at home, we will guide and support you to build your confidence around managing personal tasks and help build your confidence in interpersonal skills within social settings. Being in the community with the help of our support workers will empower you to develop new skills and even break personal boundaries. Community involvement provides exciting opportunities for individual growth by building on your capabilities around how to use public transport, locate services and make new friends; so you enjoy stronger and more positive public participation.
Our support workers also provide companionship for participants that simply prefer a day of leisure out in the community. We’re dedicated to helping you fulfill your duties as well as providing sustaining experiences and happy occasions for your overall well-being. UDS provides choice and control to all participants to empower your voice and choose the experiences you want to have in the community.
