Support Coordinators are here to help you build your capacity to exercise choice and control when deciding which services that you would want to access.
The overall goal of a support coordinator is to build the participants skills in understanding and using their NDIS plan. They will help connect you to a variety of services that will improve your overall well-being to live more independently in the community. As a support coordinator they will advocate and negotiate on your behalf, and support you to understand the service agreement and how services will be managed.
Our Support Coordinators will guide you in finding and connecting with services of your choice within the community. We will also offer you a variety of services provided by UDS. We aim to strengthen your ability to access services independently and coordinate services that best meet your needs.
